Stagename ("we", "us") provides a setup service and software: a website template, a setup wizard, and updates to that template. Using an API token you create, we provision the template into a Cloudflare account you control and push updates to it. We are not a hosting provider. Your site is served by Cloudflare under Cloudflare's terms, which you accept separately when you create that account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement where you live. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link, your site's admin password and your Cloudflare credentials private.
Everything you publish through the site (text, images, video, links, subscriber data) is yours and stays in your account. You confirm that you own it or have the rights to publish it, that every person depicted was an adult who consented to the depiction and its distribution, and that publishing it is lawful where you and your audience are. We never review your content before it goes live and we don't take a licence to it beyond what's needed to run the wizard and the template.
You may not use the service to publish or link to: child sexual abuse material or any sexualised depiction of a minor; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that infringes someone else's rights; malware, fraud or spam; or anything illegal where you operate. We may end the service immediately and without refund on any reasonable belief that this section has been breached, and we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities. You agree to turn on Cloudflare's CSAM Scanning Tool for your zone when you connect a domain.
To set up and update your site we keep an encrypted copy of the API token you give us. It lets us deploy the template, change its settings and, for support, sign in to your site's admin. You can revoke it at any time in your Cloudflare dashboard; after that we can't touch your site, and it keeps running as it is. We don't hold your admin password.
Where a paid plan applies, it is billed as a subscription through Stripe, with any free trial shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. If a payment fails or you cancel, updates and support stop at the end of the paid period; your site and your data stay in your account, and nothing is deleted by us.
The template links to and reads public information from platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Chaturbate, Instagram and others. Those platforms have their own terms; you are responsible for complying with them. Features that depend on a platform can stop working if that platform changes.
The service is provided as is. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result (income, followers, ranking). To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and revoking the token. We can end the service for breach of these terms, or on 30 days' notice otherwise. Sections 3, 4, 8 and 10 survive termination.
These terms are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part is unenforceable the rest still applies. We may update these terms; we'll tell you by email and the change applies to continued use after 14 days. [Governing law and venue to be set by counsel.]
